wah~ ankle damn pain larx~ yesterdae nite pei ron runnin~ den nite time dunno y ankle pain liao. maybe while runnin i din step properly? damn suay larx. den last time i stepped on pk's foot while playin basketball in sem 1. den i after tt went 2 walked e whole of nyp n town. which e next dae i cant even walk. nw sometimes stil haf recurring injury lo. sianx sia. y like tt? i knoe i was forcing myself 2 run. cos fan marx~ den muz run more 2 destress lo.
den todae mornin woke up. wa lau damn pain larx. was limping 2 e bathroom n back larx. kept on stretchin it hope 2 somehow can click it back into place? den haf i-guides sub com tingy leix. den they sae plae games. den is low elements de. den i was tinkin i wan risk mi ankle nt lo. den in e end haf go larx. den we formed into grps which i, kc n karen dunno y grp together in e end. su ling oso same wif us n her friend. so qiao~ den 1 guy called zul ah. dunno who la. sae mi pri sch friend next 2 mi class de. i dun even rem lo! -_-" too long liao.
den we played like 2 games larx. 1 is climb e wall 1. which is like 2 times of mi? damn high larx. maybe 3m? den startin i n kc let 3 guys go up 1st lax. followed by all e gals. den mi go up which i step on hairil n kc hand den no balance cos mi roght ankle gave way den i fell back. landed on mi right wrist n butt larx. pain~ was like 'si jiao chao tian' ji tao blur diao. juz stand backed up n climb back up lo. they muz b havin a hard time pullin mi up larx. nearly fell back down sia. den hairil went up left kc liao lo. den try v long larx den in e end he jump reach den we pulled him up lo. hahax. e gals were cheering fer him larx. yan dao larx~ woots~
